HELENA - Jack Taylor (6.0 innings, W) and Liam Priebe (1.0, S) pitched a combined no-hit game over the Missoula Mavericks on Wednesday evening at Kindrick Legion Field. Taylor was outstanding from the bump, giving up no hits over six innings, striking out two and walking none. The Reps' bats were quiet as well, with Kai Richey, Hunter Sutton, and Brady Perlinski picking up the game's only hits. Sutton and Pierce Sublette had the game's only RBI.
The Reps improve their record to 5-9 on the season after a slow start, winning the last 4 of 5 of their games.
MISSOULA - The Senators exploded for 7 runs in extra innings after the Mavs knotted the game at 5-5 in the bottom of the 7th. Offensive standouts include Walker DesRosier with 3 hits, Cole Graham (triple), Tycen Mooney (triple, 3 runs), JR Huschka, and Sam Ark (double) each with a pair of hits. Tyler Beaver was a workhorse from the mound over 6.0 innings, with Eli Peterson pitching the final two hitless innings and picking up the win.
The Senators move to 7-4 on the season.
